Paxton Marketing is seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to join our in-house sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, driven by performance, and looking for long-term earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified prospects
- Conduct needs analysis and present Paxton Marketing solutions
- Build rapport, overcome objections, and close new business
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process
- Accurately document activity and progress in CRM
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals
- Work closely with leadership to improve sales processes and results
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred (inside sales, call center, B2B, or B2C)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable handling objections and closing deals
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to perform in a structured, performance-driven environment
- CRM experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Earnings
- Hourly base pay plus commission
- Realistic first-year earnings: $65,000 – $100,000
- Second-year earning potential: $100,000 – $150,000
- Consistent lead flow and proven sales process
