We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Multimedia Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for bringing our brand, products, and solutions to life through compelling visual storytelling.
The ideal candidate is more than a designer; they are a visual storyteller who understands how to communicate ideas visually. They can take loosely defined concepts and transform them into polished presentations, marketing collateral, videos, graphics, and other creative assets that engage audiences and support business objectives.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing executive presentations, creating sales and marketing materials, producing videos, developing motion graphics, capturing photography, and supporting corporate events. The successful candidate is proactive, highly creative, and able to balance fresh ideas with a consistent brand identity.
This is an onsite role in our Jacksonville office working Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership, sales, product marketing, customer meetings, and company events.
- Create marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, infographics, event materials, and digital assets.
- Develop compelling visual content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Produce, edit, and optimize promotional and product videos.
- Create motion graphics and animations that simplify complex concepts and enhance storytelling.
- Capture and edit photography for products, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Translate technical product information into clear, engaging visual communications.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables while continuously elevating the quality of the company's visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales leadership, and external partners to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Stay current on design trends, creative best practices, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools to continually improve the team's capabilities.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or creative marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation design, marketing collateral, digital design, video, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills.
- Experience photography and photo editing.
- Experience creating motion graphics and video content.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools is preferred.
