Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
- Keep the sales floor organized through stocking and merchandising'
Qualifications
' Proven experience in retail sales or pawn shop operations
- Strong communication skills and bilingual ability preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
