Join Pawn Experts as a Pawn Broker in our friendly team located in the US. In this role, you will facilitate customer transactions, evaluate merchandise, and ensure excellent service to help our customers meet their financial needs while upholding our company's values.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with pawn transactions, including appraisals and loan processing.
- Manage daily cash handling and POS operations accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support team supervision when needed by sharing your experience.
- Communicate effectively with bilingual customers to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills.
