We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to assist pet owners with appointments, service inquiries, and front desk support. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations and an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Schedule and confirm grooming appointments
• Greet customers and assist with pet check-in and check-out
• Process payments and maintain accurate service records
• Provide information about grooming and pet care services
