We are seeking a friendly and reliable Guest Services Attendant to support front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for every client. This role involves assisting with customer interactions, coordinating appointments, and supporting the grooming team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist pet owners upon arrival
• Check pets in and out for grooming services
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized
