## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. ## Duties - Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth - Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float - Monitor the curing of the concrete and make adjustments as necessary - Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surfaces - Waterproof, fireproof, or finish concrete surfaces - Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures ## Requirements - Experience in concrete finishing techniques such as floating, troweling, edging - Ability to read and interpret blueprints for concrete projects - Knowledge of various concrete types and their applications - Familiarity with construction estimating is a plus - Proficiency in using concrete mixers and pumps - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship skills

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
