- Engaging in heavy lifting as required for the job
- Continuing education
- Trained on small construction equipment like loader, skidsteer, etc.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in construction or related field
- Experience in the residential restoration and new construction industry is advantageous
- Competency in using hand tools and power tools
- Capable of heavy lifting as part of job requirements
- Knowing how to read measurements from a ruler
