You'll work 1st shift hours, collaborating with plant engineers and production teams to prevent downtime through systematic maintenance programs.What You'll Do✅ Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance schedules on automated production equipment including conveyors, motors, bearings, and pumps✅ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to maintain continuous operation of high-speed bakery production lines✅ Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance including component replacement, adjustments, and routine inspections to prevent equipment failures✅ Support basic electrical troubleshooting on motors, sensors, and control components under guidance of senior technicians✅ Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance data to support continuous improvement initiatives✅ Collaborate with production operators to identify potential issues early and minimize unplanned downtime✅ Work safely within GFSI, GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes), and HARPC compliance standards in a food manufacturing environment✅ Participate in equipment installations and modifications as the facility expands operationsRequired Qualifications✔️ 2-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing environment required)✔️ Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with experience repairing conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, and automated production equipment✔️ Basic understanding of electrical systems including motors, sensors, and controls✔️ Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and maintenance schedules✔️ Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic and reliability✔️ Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to follow all safety protocolsPreferred Qualifications⭐ Food or beverage manufacturing experience⭐ Forklift and scissor lift certification⭐ Basic awareness of PLC systems and automated equipment⭐ Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)What Makes This Opportunity Special????
