You'll be the only HR person at the company's main site, so you get real ownership early in your career: you keep hiring moving, bring new people on board the right way, and make the office a place people want to be.

Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a publicly traded medical device company taking a new product toward commercial launch. The team is small and growing, and this role grows with it. You'll have the kind of autonomy most HR people wait years for, and as the company scales after launch, the job gets bigger too.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻

• Schedule interviews, run first-round phone screens and keep candidates moving

• Review applicants and decide who moves forward

• Run onboarding from offer to day one, including the I-9, E-Verify and new-hire paperwork

• Keep HR files and records accurate, current and confidential

• Plan the team events, lunches and outings that keep the office connected

• Keep the office and facility running, from supplies to vendors

• Help build the people processes as the company grows

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱

• At least a year of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, office administration or a related role

• Able to work on site every day at the company's office

• Clear, professional writing and communication

• Comfortable in Microsoft Office

𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field

• Phone screening or full-cycle recruiting experience

• ADP Workforce Now or another HRIS

• Experience as the main HR contact for a site or a small company

𝗣𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀

Base salary of $60,000 to $75,000, plus eligibility for a performance bonus and stock options. Platinum PPO medical with no in-network deductible, dental, vision, a 401(k) match that vests immediately, and 15 vacation days plus 10 holidays to start. This is an on-site role.
