Paula Teacher & Associates, Inc. is looking for several Residential Staff members to join our team for a specialized residential program located in Greensburg, PA. We currently have a Part-time position open.
There is opportunity to work additional hours if desired.
The rate of pay is $17.00/ hour plus paid training. We offer a shift differential of $1.00 per hour more per hour for all hours worked between 11pm and 8am.
The Residential Direct Care Professional provides direct care to one resident by providing assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, socialization, specialized meal planning and preparation, and daily exercise program. Highly energetic, upbeat and positive personalities best suited for this position.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record - No violations in the past 3 years.
- Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnosis in a residential setting.
- Criminal clearances
- Tb/Physical
- Must be able to complete and pass the DHS Medication Administration training

Experience:
- Caregiving or residential: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License and willing to drive company vehicle
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Background Check (Act 34). All applicants must be willing to undergo this background check as a condition of employment, in accordance with Pennsylvania law. A criminal record does not automatically disqualify a candidate from employment; each case will be evaluated based on the nature of the offense, the time elapsed, and its relevance to the position.
