About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to grow and lead our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Individual Services program. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care, staff supervision and development, regulatory compliance, and program development for children, youths and young adults.
- Clinical Oversight Quality Assurance - Review assessments, conduct ongoing reviews of progress notes and treatment documentation, provide clinical guidance to Behavior Consultants, etc.
- Training Development - Develop and submit trainings as well as conduct trainings required by IBHS regulations.
- Supervision - Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Consultants and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
- Program Growth - Develop and implement a marketing plan to support program growth as well as support recruitment efforts to maintain high-quality clinical staff.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time postgraduate experience providing direct mental health services to children, youth, or young adults.
- Licensed Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (Mental Health) or Clinical Social Worker OR
- Licensed Behavior Specialist with qualifying graduate degree or clinical practicum OR
- Licensed Social Worker with qualifying graduate degree or clinical practicum OR
- Licensed professional with scope of practice that includes oversight of IBHS, with qualifying graduate degree and clinical practicum.
- Graduate degree from an accredited institution (or foreign equivalent by a recognized credentialing agency)
- Degree must include clinical or mental health direct service practicum.
