We are currently hiring Direct Care Staff (DSPs) for our residential homes in Greensburg, Jeannette, and Lower Burrell.
Rate of Pay:
- $17.00/hour base rate
- Additional $1.00/hour overnight shift differential for hours worked between 11:00PM – 8:00AM
- Paid training provided

- Experience working with individuals with IDD/Autism preferred for some positions

- Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home setting
- Assist with daily living skills, meals, hygiene, and routines
- Encourage independence and community involvement
- Provide supervision and ensure safety
- Complete documentation and communicate with team members
