Req'mts: Master of Laws (LLM) or foreign equiv & 3 yrs of exp in the job offered or rel. occupation: practicing corp. investment funds law. Must be admitted to practice law in NYS. Offered salary is $365,000 to $435,000/yr. 40 hrs/wk. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
