The Paul Miller Motor Company, a Lexington landmark since 1953, is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Department team member to join our dealership. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Ford OEM dealership parts experience and a strong commitment to customer service, accuracy, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders
- Identify, source, and order OEM parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization
- Process parts returns, warranties, and special orders
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts requests
- Work collaboratively with service and sales departments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Ford OEM dealership parts experience required
- Knowledge of automotive parts catalogs and dealership management systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude
- No physical restrictions; must be able to perform all duties required in a dealership parts department
