Coffee Production Associate – Day Shift

deLima Coffee, an expanding wholesale coffee roaster, is seeking a full-time Coffee Production Associate at our Pardee Road roasting and grinding facility in Cicero, NY. This position supports daily production operations, including receiving raw materials, feeding materials into production systems, and handling finished products.

Schedule and Pay

• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and move raw materials within the facility.
• Feed materials into production equipment according to established procedures.
• Assist with processing and handling finished coffee products.
• Operate a forklift following company training and safety requirements.
• Use basic computer programs to support production tasks.
• Follow production instructions with close attention to detail.
• Perform lifting, pushing, and pulling tasks associated with moving materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Report equipment issues and production concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, food processing, or mechanical repair experience is a plus.
