Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC)

What You’ll Do
As an ERC, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for property owners after traumatic events
- Build trust and guide customers through the initial recovery process
- Generate business by proactively identifying and acting on opportunities
- Work closely with first responders, adjusters, project managers, and community leaders
- Secure mitigation work to protect properties and prevent further damage
- Represent Paul Davis in the community through events and relationship building
- Deliver confidence and clarity when people need it most
This is a fast-moving, high-stakes role where no two days are the same.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Commission (Typical earnings: $85K–$100K base, no cap on commissions. Top producers can earn $200k or more)

What You’ll Need
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
- Comfort using technology and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Willingness to be on-call (including nights/weekends as scheduled)
- A commitment to continuous learning and growth
Preferred Experience
- Previous outside sales experience is strongly encouraged
- Experience in construction, restoration, or a related field is a plus
- Candidates with a background in sales within a construction or service-based environment will be well-positioned for success in this role
