The Mitigation Specialist will oversee and execute mitigation processes, including responding to emergency situations, assessing property damage, developing mitigation plans, and implementing remediation solutions. They will also collaborate with clients and team members to ensure effective communication and deliver exceptional service throughout the restoration process.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Mitigation and Hazard Mitigation techniques and processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess property damage and develop effective solutions
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of Emergency Management practices and procedures
- Ability to coordinate and adapt to fast-paced, emergency response situations
- Previous experience in property restoration or related fields preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration or mitigation are a plus
