Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Wayne, NJ. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate key "Centers of Influence" (COIs), specifically local insurance agencies and large-scale property management firms.
- Plumbing Referral Program: Build and manage a network of plumbing contractors to become their primary "first responder" for water damage leads.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent presence at industry events and trade shows to keep our brand top-of-mind.
- The Close: Educate partners on our restoration process and secure the "first right of refusal" on all emergency claims.
- Accountability: Utilize CRM software daily to track outreach efforts, lead conversion, and project status.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Experience in Account Management and fostering strong client relationships to drive business retention and growth.
- Strong Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics for effective strategy implementation.
- Exceptional Communication skills to present, negotiate, and collaborate with a diverse range of clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently in an on-site setting while aligning with organizational goals.
- Prior experience in the property restoration or a related industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
