At PBZ Mfg, we are a job-shop metal manufacturing company with numerous operations that provide our employees with engaging year-round work. Our primary business is to serve others by manufacturing products to exceed the customer's expectations for quality and on-time delivery. This particular role is primarily focused on the craftsmanship of welding.
- Welding steel and aluminum parts
- Secondary functions can include operating saws, press brakes, and other related manufacturing equipment
- Interpret drawings, sketches, and work orders
- Continue learning and applying the concepts and skills of metalworking, be curious
- Jobs and projects are completed within time and quality requirements
- Ability to continuously focus on details
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm

- Fabrication experience
- Proficient in mild steel MIG welding
- Able to read and use a standard US tape measure
- At least 18 years of age
Preferred Education and Experience
- TIG welding experience (aluminum and stainless)
- Welding certifications
- Manufacturing experience
