We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our fast-paced distribution team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks, along with experience using RF scanners, counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment. This role involves put-away, replenishment, order picking, and inventory movement while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and cherry pickers.
Perform put-away, replenishment, order picking, and material-handling activities.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and process warehouse transactions accurately.
Follow computer-generated picking instructions through a headset system.
Move, organize, and replenish inventory efficiently.
Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and productivity standards.
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Minimum 2 years of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience.
Minimum 1 year of RF scanner experience.
Experience with I-Warehouse machines, counterbalance forklifts, and cherry pickers.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, including put-away, replenishment, and order picking.
Ability to follow English-language headset instructions.
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and a willingness to work mandatory overtime and flexible schedules.
