Location: Brattleboro, VT
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM | Rotating weekly schedule
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Brattleboro, VT. This role involves loading and unloading products, operating warehouse equipment, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and comfortable with hands-on physical work.
Key Responsibilities- Load and unload bagged feed and related products for customers.
- Safely operate forklifts and hand trucks to move materials.
- Receive, organize, rotate, and load products accurately.
- Maintain inventory organization and keep warehouse and loading areas clean.
- Follow safety procedures and report potential hazards.
- Assist customers and support daily warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable employment history and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn about feed products and warehouse operations.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
The regular schedule is between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with rotating workdays scheduled across Sunday through Saturday. The schedule may change weekly.
