Pay Range: Starting at $33.15/hr, commensurate with experience
Differentials: $4/hr (starting 7p), $0.25/hr (starting 11p), $6/hr (Critical Care Differential)
Relocation Bonus: $10,000 for 2 years of service

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Deliver compassionate and culturally sensitive care, considering psychosocial factors and patient age.
- Document care accurately using medical terminology and established standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Support hospital/unit goals by participating in PI initiatives, educational activities, and compliance programs.
- Exercise independent judgment in complex clinical situations, with oversight in final review stages only.
- Provide leadership by coordinating patient care activities and supporting peers.
- Valid multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse License (Compact License acceptable).
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (diploma or degree).
- 0–6 months of nursing experience required; critical care exposure preferred.
- Strong knowledge of disease state management, clinical pathways, and the bio-psychosocial model.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver care in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical and professional standards in patient care delivery.
- Base pay starting at $33.15/hr (negotiable based on years of experience).
- Shift Differentials: $4/hr (7p–7a), $0.25/hr (11p onward), $6/hr Critical Care Differential.
- Relocation Bonus: $10,000 with 2-year commitment.
