Job Title :- Operating Room Nurse Manager
Location :- Evergreen Park, IL
Duration :- Permanent Full Time Benefits Up to $20K Sign-on bonus
Shift :-Full-time, Daytime hours , Mon-Fri 0630-1430 includes 24/7 response to ON CALL and emergent needs of department including weekends and holidays
Duties:
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of assigned clinical department. Ensures the provision of high quality care and services in accordance with Medical Center policy and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of new services in order to achieve fiscal year business plans.
- Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure in current state.
- 3-5 years in OR progressively more responsible related work experience in a clinical/healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
