Vendor Coordinator | Contract (W2) | Remote
We’re actively recruiting a Vendor Coordinator for our client. This is a 24-week contract opportunity that is fully remote. This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role supporting a backlog of sourcing/vendor projects—ideal for an organized coordinator who can take requests, drive follow-through, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate vendor-related requests from internal team members and keep work moving
- Schedule meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Request, track, and follow up on vendor documentation
- Coordinate and help lead vendor business review meetings
- Request and track vendor quotes
- Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and communicate status clearly
Required Qualifications
- ~3 years of experience in a coordination-heavy role (vendor coordination, sourcing coordination, project coordination, operations coordinator, etc.)
- Strong written/verbal communication; comfortable working with external vendors
- Highly organized—able to track multiple moving pieces and deadlines
- Confident executing requests without needing deep product expertise
