Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, train and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed net conversion targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to keep sales department performing consistently and predictably
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions with ride alongs
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to align sales efforts with company goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in home improvement sales or sales leadership - replacement windows, baths, or home improvement
- Strong track record of training, coaching and leading sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in home improvement- windows, baths or other in home selling environment
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting tools
