- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Educate prospective customers on Patriot Showers' products and remodeling services
- Schedule in-home consultations and appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting goals
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
