Job Summary
The Technical Coordinator works with our Project Management team and helps keep work moving across IT from initial planning through delivery and into production. Once a solution is defined, this role makes sure it doesn’t stall between teams. You’ll work across business, development, and operations to keep things on track, support rollouts, and make sure what gets delivered is understood and used. This role is focused on coordination, follow-through, and keeping tasks moving across teams from start to finish. It also supports smaller efforts by helping them move forward without the need for a full project structure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Track work as it moves from requirements into development and through implementation.
· Stay close to efforts in progress and make sure nothing gets lost during handoffs.
· Help coordinate go-live activities and make sure teams are ready.
· Work with business units so they understand what is being delivered and how to use it.
· Keep an eye on issues that come up during and after rollout and make sure they get addressed.
· Communicate clearly with items on status, risk, and next steps.
· Step in when something feels off or unclear and help get it back on track.
· Support training, documentation, and communication for new tools or changes.
· Look for patterns in what slows things down and help improve workflows.
· Take ownership of smaller efforts or enhancements and move them from start to finish without needing a full project structure.
· Keep efforts organized, track progress, and make sure the right people stay involved.
· Recognize when something is growing beyond a small effort and needs to be transitioned into a formal project.
· Maintain regular and predictable attendance as assigned for the purposes of serving the needs of members directly or indirectly, teamwork, and supporting team members.

Education and Experience:
· Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
· A two-year college degree.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Pay: $26.73 - $40.09 per hour
