In this role, you’ll act as a trusted financial guide, engaging members in meaningful conversations to understand their goals, handle daily financial transactions, and recommend solutions that genuinely improve their financial lives.

What You’ll Do
● Provide Consultative Solutions: Deliver comprehensive financial advice aligned with Patriot’s core values, service standards, and member experience goals.
● Deepen Member Relationships: Engage members in organic, open dialogue to uncover their financial needs and build long-term trust.
● Handle Daily Transactions: Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other negotiable instruments.
● Refer Financial Products: Connect members with relevant Patriot products and services that elevate their financial well-being.
What We’re Looking For

● Relevant Experience: Cash handling, retail, customer service, or prior financial service experience is preferred.

● Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
