Collection Agent skills you will possess or are able to learn:
- Ability to place and receive a high volume of phone calls; placing and receiving calls to members to resolve delinquent accounts while meeting the expected performance standard;
- Ability to use a spreadsheet and word processing software;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Consistently display excellent judgment and sound thought processing ability;
- Accurately maintain member files to include posting payments to member’s accounts;
- Determine and recommend civil action and/or repossession to management;
- Process the repossession of collateral from collection of property to auction;
- Handle personal bankruptcy filings;
- Resolve negative balance on accounts with the goal to maintain memberships;
- Work involves extensive telephone interaction with members to converse about personal finances and/or sensitive matters. Work may involve motivating or influencing others.

Pay: $19.12 - $28.69 per hour
