The Director of Business Development will oversee the management of our indirect lending/dealer partner programs, business services sales program, and strategic management and execution of these programs. Responsible for the outbound, business-centric sales activities of the credit union. The role will be heavily involved in various departments in the credit union and will require finely tuned communication and leadership skills as these programs continue to develop and grow. The Director of Business Development will weigh in on vendor selection and management, product management, and program development to ensure alignment with the Credit Union’s mission, growth objectives, and business standards while ensuring Patriot executes exceptional member experience for new and existing members.
Pay: $106,340.00 - $159,510.00 per year
