Patriot Industries is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Order Entry Specialist to support our Inside Sales Team. This position will be located in our Louisa, VA Location.
Founded in 2010 by Tom & Sarah Click, Patriot Industries is the only American Owned & Operated Family Business producing the full lines of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Rigid Steel, and EMT Conduit Products and Fittings. The company has 3 Factories in North America…2 in Virginia, and 1 at in Pasadena TX. Patriot maintains inventory in 12 Locations throughout the USA and is aiming for significant growth in 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Data/Order entry, process orders customer orders (SO), & process returns (RMA)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the Company's products and services
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in data/order entry
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Demonstrates high level of accuracy in data entry
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in ERP systems similar to SAP, NetSuite, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in EDI, a plus
