Job Title: Server/Host/Takeout
Immediate Supervisor: Manager on Duty
· Black pants, shorts and skirts no more than 3 inches from your knee NO STRETCH/YOGA PANTS unless you are pregnant
· Black T-Shirt with Patrick’s Logo short sleeve or a plain black shirt, your choice – no other logo’s including brand logo’s no sweatshirts
· Black Slip resistant shoes – these are required for your first day of work
· Hair shoulder length must be pulled back from face, longer than shoulder length should be pulled back in braid, bun or tightly secured in double ponytails
Purpose and significance of Job:
Under the supervision of the Manager on Duty, subject to standards of service, assures constantly and consistently the creation of maximum guest satisfaction and dining pleasure.
The hostess is the personal representation of the overall hospitality of the restaurant. They are the first and last impression of the restaurant for the guest.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Effectively perform Patrick's standards of service.
· Communicate effectively and courteously with all Patrick’s Staff
· Identify table numbers accurately. Know the floor plan!
· Always scan dining area, pub and outside area to be aware of customer needs and seating availability.
· Monitor open dining sections (Empty, clean, need to be set, etc.)
· Ensure guest’s needs are met.
· Accommodate seated guests who motion for assistance as you move through the dining room.
· While guests are waiting to be seated or for take-out, it is your responsibility to ensure guests are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their orders and/or wait times.
· Always maintain a courteous and professional attitude.
· There should be no shoptalk or chitchat at the front desk and no leaning on the host stand or takeout counter
· Effectively perform the Patrick's standards of service with emphasis on Greeting, Accommodation, accurate and on time fulfillment of takeout order
· Great every customer entering and leaving the restaurant. You should never be standing with your back to the door, open the door when possible
· Become familiar with Patrick's existing regular customers and sports club members.

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour
