Duties
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support seamless food service operations.
- Support food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and assisting culinary staff when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Help with setting up catering events or banquet functions by ensuring all necessary dishware is available and properly cleaned.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and prevent cross-contamination.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours.
Qualifications
