7:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday

7:30 am - 12:30 pm Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse & Recieving Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatching of a wide range of products. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to safety, and the ability to optimize processes to achieve operational excellence. In this role, the Warehouse & Recieving Coordinator will be expected to learn the products sold, installed and serviced by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and unloading deliveries, ensuring they are properly placed in the warehouse.
• Plan, organize, and control warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement controls to prevent loss and damage.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors, carriers and logistics providers.
• Monitor warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to support business operations.
• Work within Customer Relationships Management software for the job and material details that need to be pull for scheduled jobs.
• Keep the aisles between products in the warehouse clear and swept.
• Ensure all employees are utilizing the proper safety equipment while in the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, or assembling products. Violations should be reported to the Operations Manager.
• Use hand and power tools
• Perform daily safety checks on all equipment (scissor lifts, forklifts, trailers, etc.).
• Keep parking areas and around dumpsters clear.
• Assist crews with loading products before they leave for their jobs as well as when they return at the end of the day.
• Occasionally assist crews on job sites as required.
• Other duties as requested by the Operations Manager.
  
  

Customer Relations

• Pull parts for customers as requested by the front office staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Deliver materials to job sites and/or to customers as needed
  
  

Education/Experience

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must possess a high level of professionalism
• Forklift experience a must
• MUST have and maintain a MS driver's license and a clean driving record.
