Front Desk Agent (Part-Time)

The Patricia Grand is seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Front Desk team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be one of the first people our guests meet and will play an important role in creating a positive vacation experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the resort and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest needs
- Follow resort policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and guest privacy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule Requirements
- Flexible availability required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Day, evening, and occasional overnight shifts may be available
- Hours may vary based on business needs and occupancy levels
