Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of hotel and restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, events, and back of house).
• Manage financial performance: budgeting, P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization across rooms and dining outlets.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales team to maximize occupancy and restaurant covers.
• Maintain rigorous quality, safety, and compliance standards (health, sanitation, OSHA, ADA).
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and procurement for both hotel and culinary operations.
• Implement and monitor guest service metrics, responding promptly to feedback and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate pre-opening activities for The Pass, including staffing, training, and operational launch plans.
• Foster a culture of hospitality excellence, employee engagement, and community involvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in upscale hotel or resort environments, with at least 3 years overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding budgeted financial targets.
• Strong leadership style with the ability to inspire and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
