JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Bundle Specialist supports warehouse operations for bundled medications by managing documentation, organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, orderly work area. This role is essential for operational accuracy, timely shipping, and clear communication between departments.  This position will also be cross-trained in other Warehouse Support duties and responsibilities.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred.
• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, active environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; inventory/shipping software a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently after training.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and stage outgoing bundled orders.
• Generate shipping labels and ensure accurate, timely dispatch.
• Monitor shipments and report delays or issues.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Receive, stock, and track supplies and materials.
• Report low inventory or reorder needs.
• Prepare shipping documents and packing slips.
• Coordinate with the pharmacy and other departments.
• Assist with audits, documentation reviews, and quality checks.
• Support process improvements and team discussions.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and attend meetings.
• Assist with compliance tasks and inspections.
• Perform general administrative and operational warehouse support.
• Perform all other essential job functions as assigned by management.
