JOB SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Bundle Specialist supports warehouse operations for bundled medications by managing documentation, organizing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, orderly work area. This role is essential for operational accuracy, timely shipping, and clear communication between departments. This position will also be cross-trained in other Warehouse Support duties and responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, active environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; inventory/shipping software a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently after training.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and stage outgoing bundled orders.
- Generate shipping labels and ensure accurate, timely dispatch.
- Monitor shipments and report delays or issues.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Receive, stock, and track supplies and materials.
- Report low inventory or reorder needs.
- Prepare shipping documents and packing slips.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy and other departments.
- Assist with audits, documentation reviews, and quality checks.
- Support process improvements and team discussions.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and attend meetings.
- Assist with compliance tasks and inspections.
- Perform general administrative and operational warehouse support.
- Perform all other essential job functions as assigned by management.
Monday- Monday 10am-7pm, Friday 8am-5pm, no weekends
