Responsibilities

Provide peer-based support to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges.

Share your lived experience to inspire, encourage, and guide clients.

Meet clients in the community, at home, or wherever support is needed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement person-centered plans.

Document interactions and progress in accordance with agency policies.
Qualifications

Certified Peer Support Specialist credential required.

Lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in community settings.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
