Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while serving as a hands-on contributor responsible for the department's overall performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and key operational and financial metrics reporting.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes while partnering with leadership to evaluate business performance and drive profitability.
- Coordinate tax compliance, reporting, and audit activities with external CPA partners.
- Oversee accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, and vendor payment processes to support strong cash management and business operations.
- Serve as the primary administrator for ERP systems, leading system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop actionable financial insights and recommendations related to cost control, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including prior leadership, supervisory, or management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders and provide financial insights that support business decision-making.
- Experience preparing, analyzing, and communicating financial and operational data to support organizational goals.
- Strong systems aptitude with experience utilizing accounting, financial reporting, and enterprise business systems.
- Exposure to multi-entity, multi-location, manufacturing, or complex operating environments is preferred.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving, process improvement, and reporting capabilities.
Salary : $72,790 - $110,971
