Your work directly impacts our clients, their teams, and the individuals you place. This role requires a quality-first mindset, servant leadership, and a genuine desire to help others succeed—along with the drive to deliver results and hold a high standard for your work.Core ResponsibilitiesManage a full desk: sourcing, screening, presenting, coordinating, interviewing, and placement.Recruit for roles such as Production, CNC/Machining, Assembly, Quality, Warehouse, and Skilled Trades.Support multiple client accounts and requisitions simultaneously.Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients.Provide thoughtful, consultative communication—never just “filling a job.”Maintain an organized, disciplined workflow with accurate data and documentation.Deliver reliable performance and consistent results that meet client expectations and timelines.Demonstrate ownership and accountability in outcomes and decision-making.Support fellow team members and contribute to a collaborative culture.Represent Pathway Group with professionalism, humility, clarity, and care.What We ExpectWe hold a high standard for how we communicate, serve, and deliver.
