The Teacher Instructional Math Coach will support high school teachers in improving mathematics instruction, increasing student achievement, and strengthening rigorous teaching practices aligned to district and state expectations.

- Provide coaching and support to Math teaches through modeling, co-teaching, classroom support, and feedback.
- Support implementation of Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and advanced mathematics curriculum aligned to state standards
- Assist teachers in strengthening problem-solving, reasoning, discourse, and conceptual and understanding.
- Analyze assessment data to guide instructional planning.
- Facilitate PLCs, common planning, professional development sessions, and data meetings
- Support tutoring, intervention, acceleration, and graduation readiness programs.
- Assist teachers with pacing, lesson planning, and differentiation strategies.
- Promote student engagement and achievement in mathematics.
