What are the responsibilities and job description for the HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER SCHOOL STUDENT ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR DISTRICTWIDE, ONE (1) COORDINATOR & SUBSTIT position at PATERSON PUBLIC SCHOOLS?
Must be a current employee of the Paterson Public Schools.
Must hold NJ certification as a Student Assistance Coordinator.
Currently employed as a Student Assistance Coordinator.
Must have knowledge and experience of the Crisis Intervention Manual and Student Assistance.
Must have experience working with students.
Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and moral character.
Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respectable.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Exhibit a personality that demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents, and the community.
Proficient with Google Suite System.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators, and community.
Must be able to work on all scheduled days and hours of the program.
Support additional school programs as needed.
