Three (3) Teachers to facilitate the Multilingual Learner Parent Information Sessions

Dates of Program: July-August 2026 (Mondays through Thursdays-No Fridays) In-Person

Hours: 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Location: Central Office- 90 Delaware Avenue, Paterson, NJ 07503

Staff Needed: Three Teachers (3)

Qualifications

• Current Paterson Public Schools Employee
• Current New Jersey Teacher Certification
• Knowledge of the NJDOE Entry/ Exit process
• Knowledge of WIDA ACCESS 2.0/ WIDA Screener and WIDA Model
• Knowledge of New Jersey Department of Education's (NJDOE) Bilingual and English as a Second Language (ESL) programs and Bilingual Education requirements
• Knowledge of ML program services, student placement, and parental rights.
• Understand Graduation Pathways for Multilingual Learners N.J.A.C 6A:15-1.11
• Knowledge of the Newcomers Family Tool Kit and the United States School System
