HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM ADMINISTRATORS - DISTRICTWIDE, TWO (2) ADMINISTRATORS & SUBSTITUT

• Must attend the Information Session during school hours (after student dismissal) on the week of June 2026.
• Must be able to report to work in-person and in designated school facilities from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM during the duration of the program.
• Monday - Thursday for the duration of the program.
• Must be a current employee of the Paterson Public Schools; Individuals employed as Substitutes need not apply.
• Must have NJDOE Supervisor, Principal or Administrator Certificate.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Must attend summer school Prep Session in June - Date to be determined.
• Knowledge of Crisis Management & Substance Awareness Procedures.
• Must have a compatible, functional/operational computer with incorporated video camera and audio.
• Experience working with High School Students.
• Computer literate with ability to maintain and update relevant student data (e.g., enrollment, attendance, student achievement, grade reports) and access/respond to email.
• Must be proficient in Google Suite.
• Ability to support student progress in online courses.
• Experience utilizing Edgenuity software platform strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing Infinite Campus for scheduling, grading and ad hoc reports strongly preferred.
• Must be flexible to support all students in the program.
• Emphasize social-emotional learning behavior with a focus on student wellbeing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, teachers, administrative staff, parents, and community.
• NOTE: Duration of employment in the program & allocated number of hours/weeks will be predicated on student enrollment/need
