Senior Litigation Paralegal
Midtown West, NYC | Hybrid (4 Days In Office / 1 Day Remote)
A highly respected midsize national law firm in Midtown West is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its growing litigation team.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: Up to $165,000
• Bonus: ½ month’s salary annually during the first 3 years of employment
• Bonus: 1 full month’s salary annually beginning in year 4

Qualifications
• 6-8 years of experience in a senior litigation paralegal role
• Significant trial preparation and on-site trial team experience
• Extensive experience filing through NYSCEF and PACER
• Strong understanding of New York State and Federal Court procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to travel for trial and assist with time-sensitive filings outside normal business hours when necessary
• Strong professional references
Litigation Experience
• Commercial litigation experience is required
• Intellectual property litigation experience is preferred but not required
• Candidates with substantial commercial litigation backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
• BigLaw experience is a plus but not required
The ideal candidate will have a stable employment history, the ability to manage complex litigation matters independently, and the experience to step into a senior role with minimal ramp-up time.
