This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with approximately 2–4 years of experience who is looking to transition into a broader business-facing legal role and work directly alongside an exceptional General Counsel who is known for being a strong mentor, collaborative leader, and tremendous person to work for.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
In this role, you will work closely with senior legal leadership and business stakeholders while supporting a diverse range of legal matters, including:
• Reviewing marketing, advertising, digital, social media, website, and other consumer-facing materials
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Managing consumer disputes, demand letters, and related matters
• Supporting litigation, compliance, regulatory, and operational initiatives
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal and business risk
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance legal risk with practical business objectives.
Experience with commercial contracts, consumer-facing businesses, marketing review, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, or other regulated industries is highly valued, though not required.
