Looking to break into the world of commercial real estate finance, CMBS, and structured products?

We’re working with a highly respected organization in the CRE servicing space that is seeking an Analyst, Investor Reporting to join its growing team in Miami.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Banking, or Capital Markets who wants hands-on exposure to complex CMBS transactions and investor reporting.

In this role, you’ll:

✅ Analyze CMBS transactions and loan-level data

✅ Review Pooling & Servicing Agreements (PSAs) and deal documents

✅ Prepare investor and CREFC reporting

✅ Perform financial calculations and reconciliations related to servicing fees, losses, advances, and cash flows

✅ Partner with servicers, trustees, and internal stakeholders across the lifecycle of commercial real estate assets

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field

• Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred (finance, lending, CRE, banking, or reporting)

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
