The Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and execute on Passive’s product vision of becoming the Career Operating System for professionals.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with engineers and designers to build meaningful user experiences. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into shipped features and continuously improving the product based on data and user feedback.
What You’ll Do
Own Product Initiatives
- Lead features and initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
- Define product requirements and success metrics
- Help prioritize what gets built and why
Work Closely with Engineering & Design
- Collaborate with our CTO and CEO to deliver high-quality features
- Partner with our Head of Design to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences
- Balance speed, quality, and scope
Improve the Core Experience
- Continuously refine the discovery, company profile, and application experience
- Identify friction points and improve user flows
- Help ensure the product delivers real value to users
Use Data to Drive Decisions
- Analyze product performance and user behavior
- Support experimentation and feature iteration
- Help define key product metrics
What We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 4–8 years of product management experience
- Experience building consumer or marketplace products
- Strong product sense and user empathy
- Ability to work in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products
- Startup or early-stage experience
- Experience with growth or monetization features
