Due to business growth, we are creating a new Senior Project Manager position.
This role will lead complex, cross-functional projects in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. In addition to delivering high-impact client projects, you will play a key role in building and shaping the project management function as the organization expands.
You will work closely with global stakeholders, including teams and clients in Japan.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive and manufacturing clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including overseas stakeholders
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment between client requirements and delivered solutions
- Support proposal development and business growth initiatives
- Contribute to improving and scaling project management processes
- Help develop and mentor future project management team members
- 7 years of project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in B2B environments
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- U.S. work authorization (Visa sponsorship not available)
- Experience working with automotive clients (OEM experience is a plus)
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience managing technical, digital, or documentation-related projects
- Experience in growing or evolving organizations
